The economy is in the tank, money's tight and business is in the doldrums - but some companies are getting off to a great start. These organizations worked with Proposal Pro, Inc. to win more than $48 million in Government grants and contracts last year. All of these awards resulted in multi-year contracts that should ensure these organizations' profitability through the current economic down cycle:

  • More than $2.9 million in IDIQ base-wide roofing work from the US Army Corps of Engineers at Ft. Stewart/Hunter Army Airfield in Georgia.
  • Nearly $2 million in workforce readiness training and job placement services from the New York State Department Vocational and Educational Services for Individuals with Disabilities (VESID).
  • Over $30 million in IDIQ base-wide roofing services from the US Air Force at Robins Air Force Base in Georgia.
  • More than $2 million over five years from the New York State Department of Education to underwrite three 21st Century Community Learning Centers after school to assist high school drop-outs, at-risk teens and elementary students in failing schools.
  • More than $2 million over five years to provide snack and beverage vending services on the Westchester (NY) Community College campus
  • $900,000 over three years from the US Department of Education to underwrite professional development for arts educators in New York City public schools.
  • $8.3 million in reconstruction activities for the US Government in northern Iraq.
  • More than $370,000 in contracts for custodial services at Governor's Island, NYC.

"Going into 2009, the question is not whether Government will spend but where it will spend," said Judie Eisenberg, Proposal Pro Founder and President. "The key is knowing where to look, and how to present yourself. We write to win, and help our clients to connect with Government buyers at all levels."

Proposal Pro's Write to Win™ training materials provide the inside information that savvy proposers use to win large-scale contract awards.  Our audio CD reveals what to read an RFP for, what the evaluators want to see, and what mistakes to avoid.  In addition to providing a step-by-step review of a Government RFP, each disk includes the worksheets and forms that we use to create proposals that evaluators respond to - with contract awards!  And remember, the purchase of training materials is a tax-deductible business expense.
